This is a video tour of our hotel room at the Luxor Las Vegas. The video was shot on June 17, 2011 while I was in Vegas with my friend Ed. I was a featured performer at Jeff McBride’s WONDERGROUND. You can see even more videos from this trip including a performance with Mac King by viewing this blog post.
On June 16, 2011 I was featured as a guest performer at Jeff McBride’s monthly magic show called the WONDERGROUND. This little video sums up my trip and shows my performances from the experience. One of my magic heroes, Mac King was in the audience and he even volunteered to help me with The World’s Most Dangerous Card Trick. I hope you enjoy. (You can jump ahead and see the Mac King clip at 5:49 in the video)
If you are planning on going to Las Vegas anytime soon you should catch the Mac King Comedy Magic Show over at Harra’s hotel and Casino. This is a hilarious afternoon show that is sure to make you laugh no matter how old you are.
Special thanks to Ed “The Man” Knapp for capturing this adventure on film.
Thanks to Jeff McBride and the WONDERGROUND players for inviting me out to Las Vegas.
Thanks to Mac King for being Mac King.
Thanks to my wife Kelley and my daughter Railey for ALWAYS supporting my magic.

This is one of my favorite Hotel Room Tours yet!!! It should be noted that this is my least favorite room to stay in EVER.
A video tour of “The Red Carpet Inn” in Elk City, Oklahoma shot on November 3,2010. This is by far the worst room I have ever stayed in. I like to call it the Bates Motel.
After driving the Andre Kole show across the US for 14 hours straight, legally we had to call it a night. This is the hotel my co-driver picked (He also lost the privilege of choosing hotels in the future)
What is that cool LED light on the Kodak Zi8 you ask? It’s a modified camping tent light attached with Velcro.
This is a quick video tour of our hotel room in Shamrock, TX at the Best Western hotel. This was a very nice economy room and it received a strong 4 out of five on my flush scale.
This is a tour of our hotel room in Albuquerque, NM at the Quality Inn touring October, 2011. This room was average, not much to see, I have had better, and I have had worse. Two and a half out of five flushes.
This is a tour of our hotel room in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. We stayed at the Days Inn, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. I was planning on editing this video, but I have decided it doesn’t deserve it. So this is the raw tour, and it’s a raw room.
I give it 2 flushes out of 5!
I have an interesting story about this room, but we’ll save that for another time…
This is the second leg of a 2 part illusion show tour in California back in May of 2010. This video is in HD and was shot on my (then) new Kodak Zi8 pocket camera. This room was a little more interesting than the past couple of rooms…
This is a hotel room tour of Quality Inn Lake Forest CA, and it was shot May 5, 2010 on my iPhone. This was a nice room that included 2 luggage racks for our suit cases. A cool feature the didn’t make the video was a dual flow toilet, press 1 if you did a number 1, and press 2 if you made a stinky.
This is my first hotel room tour video blog. This was shot on my iPhone while on a tour with the Andre Kole show in California in May 2010. We stayed at Camp Pendleton on the base and the room was a little “old school” but overall it was nice.
